We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to run ground up commercial projects, including tilt ups and grocery stores, from start to finish.

• Manage daily operations of large and small ground up commercial building projects
• Establish schedules and control costs within contract budget, plans, and specifications
• Direct job site personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and procurement
• Serve as point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on site
• Document schedules, RFIs, work orders, meeting minutes, back charges, purchase orders, and safety reports
• Track payroll and performance of direct reports

• 4+ years of superintendent experience on ground up commercial building projects
• Experience with large and small commercial projects, including tilt ups and grocery stores
• Proven ability to manage schedules, project costs, and subcontractors on active job sites
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills over crews and direct reports
• Strong knowledge of building processes and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of all construction trades and subcontractor scopes of work
• Experience with project documentation including RFIs, back charges, purchase orders, and meeting minutes
