Duration: 5 Months (Start: Immediate Need)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: $46/hr
Per Diem: None
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 5x10s + 8 Hours on Saturday
Additional Schedule Details: Overtime built into the schedule with approximately 58 hours per week.

The Construction Safety Coordinator will provide daily field safety oversight for electrical crews, subcontractors, and supervision while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety requirements.
Required Qualifications- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
- Minimum 2+ Years of Construction Safety Experience Preferred
- Experience conducting field audits, inspections, observations, and hazard assessments
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards
- Ability to maintain a visible field presence on active construction sites
- Electrical Construction Experience
- Data Center Construction Experience
- Mission-Critical Construction Experience
- OSHA 510 Certification
- CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, STSC, or Other BCSP Credential
- Contractor Safety Management Experience
- Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction activities
- Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor conduit installation, electrical wiring, material handling operations, and elevated work activities
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
- Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
- Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
- Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project

Salary: $46 per hour
