Videographer / Video Content Specialist
Location: Hybrid Kiln Office (In-House) / Remote
About the RoleWe’re looking for a videographer to join our creative team at our Kiln office location
. This role is for someone who wants to be embedded in a fast-moving agency environment — collaborating daily with strategists, marketers, and creatives to produce video content that actually drives results.
This is a freelance role to start with the opportunity to go full time W2. You’ll be hands-on, running shoots, editing content, and helping shape video strategy across multiple clients.
Responsibilities Video Production & Filming- Film professional-quality video content for a variety of businesses, including:
- Promotional and brand videos
- Testimonial and interview-style videos
- Talking head videos and service demonstrations
- Professional social media reels
- Run shoots independently from start to finish:
- Lighting setup
- Audio capture
- Camera operation and on-location setup
- Capture high-quality footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment
- Conduct interviews and guide on-camera talent for confident, natural delivery
- Manage in-office and on-location production needs
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (if you have another editing software let us know)
- Perform post-production tasks such as:
- Color correction
- Audio cleanup
- Comping
- Fade-ins and fade-outs
- Music and narration integration
- Create motion graphics and visual elements using Adobe After Effects
- Deliver:
- Long-form promotional videos
- Testimonial videos
- Social media reels optimized for performance
- Ensure all videos meet brand standards, creative direction, and technical specifications
- Contribute to video strategy

- Create:
- Shot lists
- Testimonial and interview question outlines
- Basic storyboards and creative concepts
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align video with campaign goals
- Bring creative ideas for repurposing content across platforms /li>
- Work closely with:
- Marketing team (campaign and brand content)
- Management team (internal presentations and announcements)
- Manage and organize video files and assets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief
- Prepare and post video/audio content for platforms such as You Tube and social channels
- 2+ years of videography experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Proven ability to run shoots independently
- Solid understanding of lighting, audio, framing, and composition
- Experience filming interviews and testimonial-style content
- Photography skills preferred
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in-office and collaborating daily with a team
