** THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION **
Your day in the life as Youtube Short Form Producer & Editor:
- You'll be Researching & analyze trends daily. Aka dissecting Tiktok, IG & Shorts videos to stay 3 steps ahead of the curve.
- Next, Present ideas, Outline & Script if needed!
- Once Hope "green-lights" a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life!
- You'll be working with our team to get everything planned out & ready to go.
- We are heavy on preparation so you'll stand in as Hope during the dress rehearsals.
- Next, film. Then organize footage. Edit first drafts. Review with Hope, make adjustments, test videos on our other pages, tweak hooks, & Schedule the posts!
- Concept and shoot aesthetic photos/videos for the HPFL.store website.
- Lastly, review performance. Analyze, adjust & repeat!
All content will be focused on Short Form video across Hope's 3 main accounts:
Youtube, Instagram & Tiktok.
Video Editing experience is required. Our team uses Adobe products.
As the channels grow we will help you build out a team if you're interested in growing in that direction.
SalaryPay be based off experience and skill.
As we grow, there will be opportunities for your income to grow as well.
