Job Duties

As a Crew Administration Coordinator, you will:

  • Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence, Vacation, Company Business, and initial/yearly proficiency training.
  • Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants when they return from Leave of Absence.
  • Conduct a monthly audit of pilot and flight attendant schedules.
  • Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training.
  • Receive and respond to calls/chats/emails with crew members.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
  • Assist the Master Vacation Coordinator with preparing and awarding the Master Vacation Bid for pilots and flight attendants.
  • Process Crew member schedule requests via Sked+.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Self‑motivated, team player.
  • Work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively.
  • Effectively communicate in writing and verbally by telephone and in person with crew members, dispatch, and other office staff.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • This position is based at Sky West Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available).
  • Shift: 4/10s Mon - Thu or Tue - Fri.
  • Sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
