Primary

Job Duties

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.

* Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner

* Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints

* Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews

* Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights

* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! Sky West Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience.

* 18 years of age or older

* Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license

* Have a High School Diploma or GED

* Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen

* Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

* Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

* This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

* This is a full-time position, starting at $14.50 an hour
