Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Million Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our private aviation services. The role provides concierge and customer service to crew and passengers, collaborates with ground personnel, and ensures all services are completed and invoiced.

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations
• Invoice services rendered to customers and pilots
• Record customer preferences in the Million Air internal system
• Proactively prepare for all incoming aircraft
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns
• Partner with the line service team to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages
• Maintain a neat work area, including front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

• Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Acceptable driving record and successful background check
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable under company policy (clean driving record)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale programs
• Strong communication skills in person, on phone, and through radio communications
• Bi‑lingual preferred

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Stand while greeting customers, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers
• Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery

The position requires shift work, including evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays. No travel is expected.

Starting at $15.50 per hour. Benefits include a matching 401(k) program, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and performance‑based bonuses.
