Job Duties
As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.
- Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
- Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
- Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights
- Other duties as assigned
We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! Sky West Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid, unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a pre‑placement background check and drug screen
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This is a full‑time position, starting at $14.50 per hour
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety‑sensitive position
