Customer Service Representative, UT

Progressive Leasing, a leading provider of lease‑to‑own solutions, is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a remote position located within a 60‑mile radius of Draper, Utah.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers throughout their lease‑to‑owner experience
• Provide top‑tier support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures and policies

• Prior customer service or collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing literacy, proficiency with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously
• Phone experience in a customer‑service/call‑center environment
• High school diploma or GED, and must be 18 years or older

• Located within 60 miles of Draper, UT
• Designated quiet home workspace
• Wired internet connection with at least 10

• Virtual training: 4 weeks, full time, Monday‑Friday, 8:30AM‑5:00PM; 100% attendance required
• Full‑time shifts available weekdays 11:30AM‑8:00PM and Saturdays and/or Sundays 10:30AM‑7:00PM

• Hourly wage: $17.00 / hr
