Summary
Copies and prepares various brochures, flyers, schedules, rosters, etc. for distribution.
Working conditions and temperatures may vary depending on assignment. Must be able to identify, evaluate, and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Requires moderately heavy physical activity, including exerting 25–50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10–25 pounds of force frequently. Work may involve intermittent exposure to stressful situations resulting from interactions with the public and other workplace demands.
Note:
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and variable schedules as needed to support museum programs, exhibitions, events, and other operations. This is a part-time position with variable hours averaging fewer than 28 hours per week over a twelve-month period.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:Customer service experience preferred
Licenses and/orCertifications:
None.
Knowledge of:- General Knowledge of Art and Art Museums preferred
