A well‑established and rapidly growing real estate development company is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead design initiatives for a diverse portfolio of residential communities in the greater St. George area.
In this role, you'll oversee the design and documentation process for various product types—single‑family homes, townhomes, and higher‑density multi‑family projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across construction, purchasing, and land development to bring high‑quality, design‑forward communities to life.
What You’ll Do- Lead design and drafting efforts from concept to construction documentation
- Develop layouts, details, and architectural plans across multiple product lines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align architectural plans with development goals
- Conduct site visits and support construction coordination as needed
- Manage city submittals and assist in permitting processes
- Stay current on residential design trends and construction best practices
- 5–10 years of experience in residential architecture or related field
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
- Familiarity with current building codes and regulatory processes
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Architectural license a plus, but not required
