Senior Architect

Connexa Recruitment are working in partnership with a collaborative and forward-thinking architecture team delivering impactful projects across civic, healthcare, education, hospitality, and recreation sectors. We’re seeking a Senior Architect to join a dynamic and supportive design team in St. George, UT

• Contribute to all phases of design, from concept development through construction documentation
• Bring creative and practical design solutions to life
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and project teams
• Help coordinate project tasks and support team leadership initiatives
• Assist with permitting, submittals, RFIs, and code compliance
• Manage priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Degree in Architecture
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design tools such as Sketch Up, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team culture
• Architectural license preferred, but not required
