Pathologist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pathologist, located in Albuquerque, NM. The Pathologist will perform diagnostic evaluations by examining slides, tissues, and other specimens to determine pathological conditions.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret findings, ensuring accurate diagnostic results, and participating in quality assurance tasks within the laboratory environment.

The role also includes remaining informed about advancements in pathology and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory practices.

• Proficiency in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine practices.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Histology and Laboratory Skills applications.
• Strong medical background with expertise in medicine related to diagnostic and pathological evaluations.
• Excellent analytical, observational, and communication skills to assess and convey complex findings effectively.
• Board certification in Pathology and a valid medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico.
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is preferred.
