About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Occupational / Work Medicine, you will work with a collegial team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will:

• You will provide Occupational / Work Medicine Services to our St. George, UT Work Med Clinic Patients

• Your weekly schedule will be 2 x 10hr Days

• No On Call Duties

What youll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

• Active, unobstructed
  
  Utah medical license, and DEA or the ability to obtain required licensing

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
