- Sessional Lecturer I – Long Term: $21,020.07
- Sessional Lecturer II: $21,020.70
- Sessional Lecturer II – Long Term: $21,520.55
- Sessional Lecturer III: $21,520.55
- Sessional Lecturer III – Long Term: $22,060.71
Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.
Qualifications- Completed PhD preferred.
- Proven teaching excellence and mastery of the subject area required.
- Previous experience in teaching a study abroad course in Kassel, Germany is highly desirable.
The design, preparation and delivery of course content, including teaching lectures or seminars; creation of course ware; the development and administration of assignments, tests and examinations; invigilation of the final examination; the marking and grading of student work, and the submission of grades in accordance with established policies and procedures; the maintenance of reasonable hours of student contact outside scheduled classroom hours;
and overseeing field trip planning, and participation on field trips.
