Salary

Full Course Rates, as follows:

  • $19,994.95 (Sessional Lecturer I)
  • $21,398.43 (Sessional Lecturer I Long Term)
  • $21,398.43 (Sessional Lecturer II)
  • $21,907.92 (Sessional Lecturer II Long Term)
  • $21,907.92 (Sessional Lecturer III)
  • $22,457.80 (Sessional Lecturer III Long Term)

Rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail if they differ from those listed above.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in sexuality studies, LGBTQ+ studies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate degree in sexuality studies, LGBTQ+ studies, or a related field and experience teaching in a university environment.

Responsibilities

All duties associated with teaching an undergraduate course, including preparing the course outline, syllabus, and lectures; delivering lectures; developing, marking and administering course assignments, tests & exams; calculating and submitting grades in a timely manner; conducting scheduled office hours for academic counselling of students.
