** Join Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as a
** Temporary Full-Time Site Advisor

In this role, you'll provide personalized academic advising, foster student engagement, support site operations, and collaborate with campus and community partners to ensure an exceptional student experience. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide comprehensive academic advising, degree planning, and student success coaching to assigned students.
* Guide students through curriculum requirements, registration, financial aid resources, VA benefits, and graduation planning.
* Proactively communicate with students throughout their academic journey to support retention, persistence, and timely degree completion.
* Maintain accurate student records and documentation across university systems, including Campus Solutions, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
* Support local site operations by assisting with community outreach, student engagement activities, compliance initiatives, and facility coordination.
* Collaborate with faculty, site leadership, and university departments to address student needs and enhance the overall student experience.
* Assist with budget-related processes, operational planning, and regulatory compliance activities as needed.
* Participate in graduation events, local outreach opportunities, and other university initiatives that promote Embry-Riddle's mission.

This is a temporary full-time Site Advisor opportunity located at our Hill Air Force Base site in Utah. The assignment is expected to continue through the end of September 2026 and offers the opportunity to support military-affiliated students while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic higher education environment.

** Compensation
* * The (annual salary/hourly) range for this role is
** up to** $43,888. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.# Qualifications
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * Bachelor's degree required.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse student populations.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
* Experience providing academic advising, student services, or higher education support is preferred.
* Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn and effectively utilize university systems and software platforms.
* Ability to maintain detailed records, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information professionally.
* Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and graduation activities and travel locally as needed.
* Demonstrated commitment to student success, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service in a team-oriented environment.
