DescriptionThis module introduces professionalism in experiential learning, reflection, and self‑evaluation paradigms in healthcare. The module will be presented in 6 sessions of 2 hours each. Students will be introduced to the basics of Professionalism etiquette and its role in shaping leadership and team‑based interactions in a healthcare context. In addressing reflection and self‑evaluation, the module will probe students’ awareness of self as translational researchers in a global context and explore how their work and approach to a need may be applied in a different setting where the need may be greater (or different).

Minimum Qualifications- Masters degree.
- Professional and/or academic experience related to the course material is preferred.
Preparation and delivery of course content, including lectures and/or seminars; creation of courseware; development and administration of assignments, tests and examinations; marking and grading of student work and the submission of grades to appropriate University officials; maintenance of reasonable hours of student contact outside of scheduled contact hours.
