Civil Engineer; PE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer (PE) to join our growing team. This position requires the candidate to be a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise in generating residential site plans, the ability to work independently, and the leadership skills necessary to oversee and coordinate engineering staff. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking responsible charge of projects from concept through completion.

• Prepare, review, and approve residential civil engineering site plans.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and maintain responsible charge over assigned projects.
• Coordinate and manage projects between engingeering staff, drafters, and support personnell.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable local, state, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, jurisdictions, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules and support timely project delivery.

• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona and Utah (active and in good standing).
• Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  , with demonstrated experience preparing residential site plans
  .
• Ability to exercise independent engineering judgement and make sound decisions.
• Capability to take responsible charge over engineering work and supervise other engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation through technical writing for project proposals, and final deliverables.
• Highly self motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Support project engineering activities including scope development, resource planning, and progress tracking.
