Responsibilities
- Work independently at a steady pace, with minimal dependence on others.
- Follow established processes and expectations with clear direction.
- Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specified guidelines.
- Provide service and support to clients, including introducing them to new products, services, and digital solutions.
- Process account transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist clients and work toward center‑specific sales and service goals.
- Assist other departments as needed, supporting cross‑functional teamwork.
- Build rapport with clients and fellow associates, treating everyone with respect and consideration.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
- Minimum six months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Passionate and motivated self‑starter.
- Desire to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
- Strong work ethic and accurate completion of work.
- Logical thinking for analysis and decision‑making.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard‑based incentive plan, which can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on performance against defined metrics as outlined in the scorecard.
