About the roleThe Manager of Strategic Partnerships owns and oversees all partnership and vendor relationships for Primestin Care. This role serves as the primary point of accountability when concerns arise related to partnerships, care coordination, or operational workflows. The individual in this role investigates issues, facilitates collaborative resolution with internal teams and external partners, and drives continuous process improvement. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships reports to the Director of Operations and operates with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functional influence.
This position is based in office and offers opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule.
- Own and manage all external partnerships and vendor relationships for Primestin Care
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, escalations, and ongoing relationship management
- Ensure partners align with Primestin Care’s care coordination standards, workflows, and service expectations
- Coordinate regular partner touchpoints and follow-ups as needed
- Act as the lead when concerns arise related to Primestin Care, care coordination, or partner performance
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and facilitate meetings with internal teams and external partners to drive resolution
- Document concerns, action items, and resolutions to support accountability and learning
- Escalate high-risk, recurring, or systemic issues to the Director of Operations with clear recommendations
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in partnership and care coordination workflows
- Collaborate with operations and care coordination teams to design and implement process improvements
- Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs related to partnerships, vendors, and coordination processes
- Support operational initiatives that improve quality, consistency, and member experience
- Work closely with Care Coordination, Operations, Clinical, and Leadership teams
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely communication
- Support onboarding of new partners and vendors in coordination with Operations
Required
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, partnerships, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and care coordination models
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex relationships and resolve operational issues
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including handling sensitive or escalated situations
- Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-through
Preferred
- Experience working with DPC, value-based care, or care navigation models
- Background in process improvement, quality initiatives, or operations consulting
- Familiarity with healthcare vendors such as imaging centers, specialty providers, surgical facilities, or virtual care partners
