Position Overview

Full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Sunset Clinic – Intermountain Health, St. George, UT.

Sunset Clinic – Intermountain Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our team. The role includes patient-facing duties and administrative responsibilities within a full-time schedule.

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Sunset Clinic, St. George, Utah. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Hourly range: $56.76 – $87.59.
