- Demonstrated experience to conduct functional assessments of consumers within the Mental Health Unit and to develop therapeutic care plans to address their needs.
- Evidence in the development and implementation of both group and individual programs to Mental Health consumers.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, set priorities and complete tasks with attention to detail in a complex work environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of a recovery focused model of care.
- Demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Current Driver's licence.
