Pinnacle Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Plan and lead activities:
Develop and facilitate daily programs that support cognitive, social, and emotional engagement for memory care residents.;
Adapt activities:
Modify activities to meet varying levels of cognitive ability and physical function.;
Provide caregiving support:
Assist with resident care when needed, including transferring, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.;
Support mealtimes:
Help serve meals, assist residents during dining, and ensure a positive, dignified experience.;
Monitor resident wellbeing:
Observe and report changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition to nursing staff.
