** Responsibilities
* ** Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
* Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services
* Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions as appropriate
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, schools, and community resources when appropriate
* Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
* Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings
* Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment##
** Qualifications
* ** Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent state-recognized mental health license
* Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
* Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care###
** Preferred
* ** Experience in outpatient behavioral health
* Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
* Group therapy or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) experience for substance use
* Substance use treatment experience
* Familiarity with electronic health record systems
