About the role

The Clinic Operations Specialist works directly with Monovo partner clinics and serves as a key connection point between patients, clinic staff, and Monovo teams. The role combines healthcare operations, relationship management, patient engagement, clinic partnership, problem‑solving, and business operations.

You will help Monovo programs operate successfully within each clinic while creating a strong experience for both patients and clinic partners. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a career in healthcare operations, account management, partnerships, business, or healthcare leadership.
