Base pay is $25.00 per hour for up to 20 hours per week.
In addition to hourly pay, you will earn a commission equal to 30% of the profit Wasatch Caregivers receives from every client you personally bring in. This commission applies for the first three months of each client you sign. This is a meaningful opportunity to significantly boost your earnings by growing our client base.
What We Expect From YouWe are growing Wasatch Caregivers with a clear goal in mind: adding at least 50 hours per week of senior care services every single month for the next 12 months. To get there, we are counting on this role to be a consistent driver of new business.
Monthly Growth TargetThe commission structure is designed to reward exactly this kind of consistent performance. The more clients you bring in, and the more hours of care they use, the more you earn.
Reporting and ReviewsTo keep us on track toward our growth goals, you will send a weekly report of activities and KPI’s. You will also meet, virtually or in person, with the owner each week for a brief check-in to review your outreach activity, any new leads, and progress toward the monthly client target. At the end of each month, we will sit down together for a more complete review to look at results, talk through what is working, and plan ahead for the coming month.
These conversations are not about micromanagement. They are about making sure you have the support and information you need to be successful.
