Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring organization, process compliance, and proper execution of internal HR procedures.
This role is primarily administrative, with opportunities to support people management and recruitment initiatives based on performance and growth.
Primary Responsibilities (Administrative / Operational)- Maintain and update employee databases and records.
- Manage and organize employment documentation (contracts, amendments, digital files).
- Track attendance, time-off requests, and leave records.
- Support the preparation of administrative HR reports.
- Coordinate interviews and internal meetings.
- Monitor internal processes and ensure deadline compliance.
- Support onboarding administration (documentation, access coordination, checklists).
- Organize and maintain confidential HR files.
- Support recruitment and selection processes.
- Post job openings and conduct initial resume screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Provide support in people management-related activities.
Education:
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years in administrative roles (HR experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication.

- Service-oriented approach.
