Powdr Corp., operator of Zion Lodge in Zion National Park, seeks an HR Manager to lead the Destination Zion Lodge HR function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, and compliance. You will foster a safe, engaging culture while partnering with leadership to meet talent needs of 77–150 staff across seasons.
On-site housing is provided; you will ensure OSHA/EEOC compliance, leverage HRIS/LMS systems, and collaborate with the General Manager and corporate HR to drive ESQ standards.
