- Customization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM System
- Administration of Users, Security Roles, and Teams
- Integration of CRM with other platforms
- Performing upgrades and implementing testing for new features
- Working to improve sales processes
- Provisioning business workflow processes
- Coordinating with teams and end-users to troubleshoot and solve issues
- Learning and communicating user requirements and desired outcomes
- Planning and preparing tasks for multiple projects
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Experience with general cloud systems, including Microsoft O365 and Dynamics 365
- Experience with Microsoft Omnichannel and Power Automate
- Taken classes in Information Systems or CRM/ERP systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with SQL Databases, and Windows-based programs such as Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated the ability to grasp technical concepts and learn new systems quickly
- Good follow-through on assigned projects and tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Manage multiple assignments
- Meet deadlines
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar experience
- Real-world experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP
- Real-world experience working with Microsoft SQL
Salary: $40000.00 per year
