Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: St George

Your Marketing Generates Leads. But How Many Become Appointments? If that question keeps you up at night in your current role—because leads slip through cracks, follow-up is inconsistent, and nobody owns the pipeline end-to-end—this is the role you've been building toward.

Heritage Wealth Management in Sandy, UT, is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the firm's lead-to-first-appointment engine across TV, seminars, digital, and direct mail. Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives tied directly to first appointments set and held. Medical insurance support ($2,000 in combined credits), paid time off, and standard benefits. Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday, with occasional event evenings.

The Opportunity

Heritage serves families across Utah's Wasatch Front with a planning-first retirement model that spans income strategy, Medicare, tax efficiency, and legacy planning. The firm invests heavily in marketing—recurring TV placements on ABC and CBS affiliates, educational seminars, book fulfillment campaigns, digital lead capture, and referral systems. The marketing generates leads. What's missing is the operational owner who ensures every single one is tracked, nurtured, and converted into a scheduled first visit.

You won't be creating campaigns. You'll be making them produce. Your KPIs are visible, your impact is measurable, and your bonus is tied to results you directly control. This is the seat where organized execution meets real financial upside.

The Firm

Heritage Wealth Management was founded in 2004 by

F. Todd Schwendiman with a clear philosophy: simplify financial decisions so clients retire confidently. The Heritage PEAK Retirement framework integrates income planning, healthcare, tax strategy, and legacy planning into one coordinated approach. The team is small, relationship-driven, and runs with a "no loose ends" operational standard. If you thrive in environments where follow-through matters more than titles, you'll fit.

You Are

A marketing operator, not a marketing creative. You find satisfaction in clean data, tight processes, and watching a funnel improve week over week. You manage deadlines, vendor details, lead lists, and confirmation calls without dropping a single thread. You're the person who builds the checklist everyone else follows—and you confirm everything twice because that's just how you're wired. You're personable enough to call a prospect and book an appointment, but organized enough to track 200 leads across five source channels without blinking.

Who This Is NOT For

This isn't for someone who wants to design ads, write copy, or brainstorm campaign concepts. It's not for someone who needs constant direction or struggles with accountability tied to numbers. If you prefer ambiguity over dashboards, this won't be the right fit.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in marketing operations, event operations, sales support, or appointment-setting where execution and follow-through were measured
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent deadlines, vendor coordination, lead tracking, and calendar management
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, KPI tracking, and basic operational reporting
  • Comfort making outbound calls, texts, and emails to support appointment setting and confirmation
  • Ability to work in-office in Sandy, UT (9–5, with flexibility for occasional event evenings)
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive prospect information in a financial services environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating seminars, dinner events, or educational workshops (venue booking, RSVP management, day-of logistics, post-event follow-up)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead portals, or marketing automation workflows
  • Background in a compliance-sensitive industry (financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal)
  • Track record in roles where compensation was tied to measurable performance outcomes

Your Next Step

If you read this and thought, "That's exactly what I do—but nobody at my current firm appreciates it," apply now. Include a brief note about the most complex marketing operations workflow you've managed and the results it produced. Heritage is looking for one operator who can turn a strong marketing investment into a booked calendar.
