** Description
* * B-Stock Solutions LLC seeks Director of Product Development to direct UX research and product design strategy for a digital B2B platform; lead cross-functional design efforts to create scalable, user-centric solutions; direct design of systems and establish UX standards across products; lead alignment of strategic design goals with user needs; drive platform usability improvements based on research insights. 100% telecommuting position, may work/reside anywhere in U.S. No travel required.
Salary: $201k/yr.
Requirements:
Master's in UX Design or related technical interface design field and 2 years of experience in product design for user experience for B2B platforms, including: analyzing user research data using User Brain; creating and refining prototypes with Figma; analyzing and adopting UX best practices including, User Journey Mapping and AI-powered Design & Research; designing user flows; developing high-fidelity visual designs for mobile platforms;
implementing designs that align with strategic company goals; and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, and engineering to enhance platform features.
