Hub Spot Expert (Sales Hub / Marketing Hub / Service Hub)
Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours
About the RoleWe’re hiring a highly skilled Hub Spot Expert to lead implementations, system optimization, automation, and CRM architecture across Hub Spot’s ecosystem for a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
This is not a basic CRM admin role.
You’ll work directly with clients to:
- build scalable Hub Spot systems,
- optimize workflows and automations,
- improve reporting and data structures,
- and ensure businesses fully leverage Hub Spot across Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands:
- CRM operations,
- marketing automation,
- client onboarding,
- lifecycle implementation,
- and technical problem-solving inside Hub Spot environments.

What You’ll Own Hub Spot Implementations & CRM Architecture- Configure and optimize:
- Sales Hub
- Marketing Hub
- Service Hub
- Build scalable CRM structures and pipeline systems
- Design workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
- Configure custom properties, deal stages, ticket pipelines, and reporting
- Ensure systems are scalable, organized, and aligned with client goals
- Build and optimize:
- automated workflows
- lead routing systems
- nurture sequences
- pipeline automations
- internal notification systems
- Improve operational efficiency through automation
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize system logic
- Reduce manual operational tasks through scalable Hub Spot systems
- Execute CRM migrations and imports
- Handle:
- data mapping
- cleanup
- validation
- deduplication
- Ensure data integrity and structured CRM organization
- Optimize reporting structures and dashboard accuracy
- Lead onboarding and implementation calls with clients
- Train clients on:
- Hub Spot best practices
- workflows

- CRM management
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Maintain strong client communication throughout implementation
- Build dashboards and reporting systems inside Hub Spot
- Monitor:
- campaign performance

- Deliver data-driven recommendations and optimization insights
- Diagnose and resolve:
- automation issues

- CRM structure problems

- Escalate advanced technical issues with proper documentation

- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Hub Spot Sales Hub
- Marketing Hub
- Service Hub
- Strong Hub Spot CRM architecture and workflow automation experience
- Experience with:
- lead lifecycle setup
