Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Life Insurance Agent role located in St. George, UT. The Life Insurance Agent will actively work with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, including life insurance, annuities, and IULs, based on individual needs and long‑term financial goals. Responsibilities include prospecting and building client relationships, conducting detailed financial assessments, offering personalized guidance, and maintaining accurate records of client communications.

Agents will also engage in ongoing professional development through training and collaborate with team members to contribute to the success of the agency.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Ability to perform financial planning, assess client needs, and propose solutions tailored to unique financial goals.
  • Proficiency in relationship building and providing excellent customer service to foster long‑term partnerships with clients.
  • Adaptability to participate in training, leadership development, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Licensure in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain required certification within a specified timeframe.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to achieving financial independence and contributing to company growth.
