Litigation Attorney - St. George, Utah

Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a litigation attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join the Litigation Department in the St. George, Utah office. As a member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in resolving a broad range of disputes at the local, regional, and national levels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of litigation experience
• Experience analyzing complex litigation
• Trial experience preferred
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Sound and practical business judgment, as well as common sense
• Adherence to high ethical standards
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Utah or ability to be admitted by motion
