About the RoleThe CEO / Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and external representation of the client. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on involvement in investor relations and high-value sales. The CEO works closely with an outsourced operational team while retaining full ownership of business vision, investment thesis, and growth decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic direction and growth of the client
- Represent the client with investors, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage key investor relationships and high-value sales activities
- Develop and communicate the clients investment and asset allocation thesis
- Oversee execution through the outsourced operational team
- Support and guide local sales representatives in strategic engagements
- Senior executive leadership experience (CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent)
- Strong background in investments, asset management, or structured finance
- Proven experience in investor relations and capital raising
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and lead a growing investment platform
