Integrated Master Scheduler

Position Summary:

The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler requires an experienced professional with prior experience in developing, implementing and managing a Master Schedule for a highly complex, multi-phase program. The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the Sentinel Program and will be responsible for the overall schedule performance and adherence to the program budget and schedule.

• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for the Sentinel Program, including all phases of the program, tasks, resources, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that the master schedule is maintained in accordance with the program objectives and all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and report on program progress, including schedule performance, cost, and technical performance.
• Coordinate and interface with other program stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the program.
• Monitor and report progress of the program to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Analyze project data and make recommendations to optimize program performance.
• Develop and track metrics to measure progress and performance of the program.
• Provide analysis and guidance to the Program Manager and other stakeholders on schedule and cost issues.
• Develop and update customer delivery schedules and ensure they are followed.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies related to the Sentinel Program.
• Coordinate with other departments/organizations in the development of the master schedule.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in developing and managing integrated master schedules in a highly complex, multi-phase program.
• Experience in developing program specific metrics and tracking program performance.
• Expert knowledge of IMS tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements.
• Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (CPSP) preferred.
• Secret Clearance.
• Hybrid in Utah.
