General Manager / Branch Manager

St. George Area, Utah

$125,000-$150,000 Base Salary + 75% Target Bonus + Potential Equity After Year 1

Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives on driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and owning business results? I'm recruiting for a confidential General Manager opportunity with an established and growing home services organization in the St. George area.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a successful $6-$7 million branch with full responsibility for operations, profitability, customer experience, and team development. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys building culture while delivering exceptional financial results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Own the branch's P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA performance.
  • Lead all branch operations, including service, sales, installation, warehouse, customer service, and support functions.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing managers, technicians, installers, and support staff.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key business metrics, including technician utilization, gross margin, callbacks, customer reviews, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives and expand market share.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing multi-functional operations.
  • Proven success with full P&L ownership and achieving financial goals.
  • Experience leading field operations, service organizations, or home services businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with workforce planning, operational KPIs, and process improvement.
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is a plus.
