  • Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and leadership.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide routine status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support facility readiness, operational improvements, and process implementation activities.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks to maintain timelines.
  • Assist with documentation, planning, and implementation activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, industrial, or related environments.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience supporting facility, operations, construction, transfer, expansion, or startup projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with common project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing or regulated industry experience.
  • Facility expansion, site readiness, or capital project experience.
  • Engineering or technical operations background.
  • Warehouse, logistics, or operations improvement initiatives.
  • Cleanroom, production, or assembly environment experience.
Ideal Candidate
  • Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Strong communicator capable of interacting with all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
