Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale operational and facility-related initiative within a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will coordinate multiple project work streams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure critical project milestones are executed on time and within scope.
This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can effectively balance project management responsibilities with on‑the‑ground execution and cross‑functional coordination.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day execution of facility, operations, and business-critical projects.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and leadership.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide routine status updates to stakeholders.
- Support facility readiness, operational improvements, and process implementation activities.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks to maintain timelines.
- Assist with documentation, planning, and implementation activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, industrial, or related environments.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Experience supporting facility, operations, construction, transfer, expansion, or startup projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with common project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manufacturing or regulated industry experience.
- Facility expansion, site readiness, or capital project experience.
- Engineering or technical operations background.
- Warehouse, logistics, or operations improvement initiatives.
- Cleanroom, production, or assembly environment experience.
- Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced project environments.
- Hands‑on problem solver who can influence without direct authority.
- Strong communicator capable of interacting with all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
