Project Manager, Operations Management, Project & Program Management

Phasr Industries, located in Hurricane, UT, is looking for a Project Manager to join our P&C and Control Panel team. As a Project Manager, you will manage a diverse group of customers, provide excellent customer service, and oversee project scope, cost, and delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing consistent project updates.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
• Interpret customer specifications to provide designs meeting all requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and release drawing packages to manufacturing teams.
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), project schedules, and QC documentation.
• Identify areas for process and product improvements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while addressing project scope changes and delivering on-time solutions.

• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical assembly, or a closely related field
• Working knowledge of industrial control panels, electrical assemblies, or similar build-to-spec hardware
• Electrical Background or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of AC/DC circuits and the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on tight schedules
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable as the customer-facing lead on a project
• Self-directed while also a strong team contributor
