We're a national leader in a movement called value-base care which aims to improve treatment outcomes and keep costs down. Our internal culture is one that promotes respect and consistently recognizes the impact that individual employees have on the mission of the organization.

Revere Health is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Administrator to lead the operational, financial, and strategic success for our primary care clinics in St George and Enterprise. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about driving performance, improving patient outcomes, and supporting physician leadership.

Oversee budget development, financial performance, and resource allocation to support sustainable operations. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations. Provide operational oversight and leadership across multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistent standards of care, service, and performance. Approve hiring requests, manage headcount planning, and support workforce decisions in partnership with Human Resources and operational leadership.

Develop leaders through coaching, mentorship, performance management, and succession planning. Advance Value-Based Care initiatives by aligning clinical, operational, and financial strategies to improve quality outcomes and patient experience. Coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution of organizational priorities. Evaluate and provide performance oversight for Office Managers, including goal setting, accountability, and professional development.

Identify, assess, and resolve systemic operational issues through process improvement, root-cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable solutions. Participate in organization-level policy development and decision-making to support consistent, compliant, and effective clinic operations. Partner with physician leaders to align clinical and operational objectives, strengthen provider engagement, and support high-quality patient care.
