Cabinet Assembler

Overview

Job Summary Artisan Millworks LLC is looking for a highly motivated Cabinet Assembler who wants to join a quickly growing company with great growth opportunities. Preferred candidates will have cabinet assembly experience. Candidates will perform assembly onsite in residential and commercial settings that include new construction sites, homes, commercial buildings, and offices. Candidates should have a working knowledge of power tools and practice problem solving when necessary.

• Assembly of cabinets.
• Has the ability to read and translate drawings and diagrams.
• Able to identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Performs quality inspection of finished products to maintain the quality of work Artisan Millwork LLC is known for.
• On the job critical thinking to ensure jobs are completed promptly and according to our company's quality standards.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Fix issues as they are presented onsite.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Prefer experience in cabinet assembly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn new skills and become cross trained in different areas of shop work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Physically able to lift, push, and pull more than 150 lbs.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, move, squat, walk or climb for long periods of time.
• Able to operate heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes) a plus.
• A positive attitude with a dedication to high quality work and craftsmanship.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with limited supervision.

Pay Rate: $18.00/HR - $20.00/HR
