We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-time Warehouse Associate to join our production team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting hands‑on manufacturing and assembly operations to ensure high‑quality product output and efficient production flow. In addition, this position will assist with shipping and warehouse functions as needed to support overall operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, assembling, and working with tools in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Perform product assembly according to established procedures, specifications, and quality standards
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate builds
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks during and after assembly to ensure product integrity
• Maintain consistent production output to meet daily and weekly goals
• Ensure proper handling and storage of components and finished goods
• Identify and communicate production issues, defects, or process improvements

• Stage materials and components for production runs
• Ensure timely movement of materials between receiving, assembly, and shipping areas
• Assist in inventory counts related to manufacturing components
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

• Prepare and package finished goods for outbound shipment according to specifications
• Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with labeling, palletizing, and staging outbound orders
• Support receiving and inspection of incoming materials when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Follow all safety protocols and proper equipment usage guidelines
• Participate in routine cleanup, equipment care, and workspace organization
• Contribute to a team-focused, efficient manufacturing environment

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to assist in shipping and warehouse functions as needed

• Standard working hours with potential overtime based on production demands
