This is a full‑time, on‑site Assistant Mechanic position based in St. George, UT. The Assistant Mechanic will support the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure the operational efficiency of heavy equipment and manufacturing processes, adhering to safety standards and schedules.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks, with the ability to perform routine upkeep and address technical issues.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment systems and operations, and experience with their maintenance and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mechanical or technical malfunctions effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance requirements in manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience in similar roles and technical certifications are a plus.
