Technical Product Support Specialist

Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service-level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  , Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• 2nd shift – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  , Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• 3rd shift – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  , Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes.
• Meet daily production schedules and turnaround time requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
• Identify, manage, and escalase operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any operational concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Previous production, manufacturing, mailing, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with average lifting requirements of up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use manual pallet jacks.
• Comfortable working in an air‑conditioned production environment.
