Content Editor & Operations Coordinator

Location: Southern Utah (St. George area) — in person preferred, some flexibility possible.

Palm Front Media is a husband-and-wife-run content creation company based in southern Utah. We handle videography, photography, editing, and full media operations for a small group of clients, including our main partnership with a personal brand client whose content regularly pulls in millions of views. Between filming, editing, email marketing, podcast booking, website management, and book launches, our plate is full because our client keeps handing us exciting new things to build.

We are looking for someone who wants to build it with us.

We have grown fast enough that we now need real help, not just extra hands. We are looking for one person who can move between two worlds: sitting down to edit polished, scroll-stopping content, and then turning around to manage the relationships and operations that keep everything running on time. If you like variety and want ownership over your work rather than a narrow task list, this is built for you.

Editing & Content

• Edit short form and long form video content for social platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube
• Help maintain a consistent, high performing content style across accounts
• Support with photography and content creation on shoot days as needed

• Manage email communication and inbox organization for client accounts
• Schedule and coordinate podcast bookings, both guests coming on our client's show and pitching our client to other shows
• Help manage newsletter production and scheduling
• Support website updates, book launch logistics, and other project based tasks as they come up
• Keep projects organized and moving so nothing falls through the cracks

• Someone who treats this like their own business, not just a paycheck
• Comfortable with editing software (Premiere Pro preferred) and willing to learn our workflow and style
• Strong written communication for emails and outreach
• Organized, self motivated, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Based in or willing to be near the St. George, Utah area
• Bonus if you have experience in content creation, social media, or podcast production
