Advanced Practice Provider Heart Failure

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – St. George, UT

The St. George Cardiovascular Heart Failure Program is composed of two Heart Failure Cardiologists and two Advanced Practice Providers. The successful candidate will alternate between clinic and hospital settings, working one week in each environment.

• Provide outpatient care at the Heart Failure cardiology clinic (four 10‑hour day shifts, Monday through Friday). Day off schedule is determined by the department.
• Provide inpatient care at the St. George Regional Hospital Heart Failure unit.
• Work in a scheduled rotation of one clinic week and one hospital week.
• No call, weekend, or additional on‑call shifts.

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in Utah.
• APR or PA‑C degree from an accredited education program.
• AANP or NCCPA certification.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner, preferably in Cardiology.

Hours:

40 hours.

Salary Range: $56.76 – $87.59 per hour (dependent on experience).
