About this role:
Intermountain Health is seeking a Sleep Medicine APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our experienced team rge Regional Hospitala 284?bed Level II Trauma Center featuring a state?of?the?art sleep facility.
Youll work with a collaborative team dedicated to providing high?quality care and an excellent patient experience. The current team includes 1 physician and 3 APPs.
In this role you can anticipate:
- Outpatient practice rge Regional Hospital Sleep Clinic
- 4x10s;
Tuesday - Friday - Outpatient only - no call responsibilities
- Up to $7,500?in relocation assistance

What youll bring:
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility
- BLS certification
- Active, unobstructed Utahmedical license, or ability to obtain
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
