About This RoleAs a Certified Nurse Midwife
, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide obstetric and gynecology care in the clinic, act as attending provider for deliveries in the hospital, first assist in the OR, and conduct postpartum inpatient and outpatient care.

Manage your own panel with collaborative support from three OB/GYN physicians and an inpatient OB hospitalist team - Clinic Schedule

Open Monday through Friday, rotating to accommodate call coverage - Call Coverage

Approximately one fourth of every month, mixed weekdays and weekends, during which you’ll manage deliveries for your team

What You’ll Bring- CNM degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Midwifery Certification Board
- At least 3 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife—new graduates will not be accepted
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
