Registered Nurse Home Health PRN

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Current driver’s license, insured and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within 4 years of their start date.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

  A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of April 27, 2025. Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will follow the requirements in place at the time of hire.

• Two years working as an RN.
• Previous experience in an Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting.

Ongoing need to see and read information, assess patient needs, operate monitors, and identify equipment. Frequent verbal communication with patients and providers. Manual dexterity to manipulate complex equipment. Frequent computer use and typing. Required to lift and transfer patients, bend, lift, and carry supplies weighing up to heavy items. Must walk, assist with transporting patients, and maneuver gurneys and portable equipment.

May need to stand for extended periods. For roles requiring driving: expected to drive a vehicle, reading signs, signals, and other vehicles.

Home Health and Hospice – St George, Utah.

$35.22 – $53.29 (actual hourly rate dependent upon experience).
